Introduce yourself and M-Packaging briefly
M-Packaging was founded in 2020 and we primarily focus on the sale of plastic pallets. Together with our sister company Muller Pallets, a company active in selling new and used wooden pallets, we can offer our customers the full range of both wooden and plastic pallets. Our many years of experience in wooden pallets have taught us that wooden and plastic pallets are a “match made in heaven.”
What are your customers’ main needs and which markets are you active in?
We are mainly active in the pharma, food, logistics and chemical sectors with both our wooden and plastic pallets. The goal is to deliver the pallets that their customers want to receive. We are therefore often in direct contact with our production and product development departments. Our customers primarily want a plastic pallet that always meets their quality requirements and causes no disruptions. The fact that these pallets are produced from 100% recycled material and are themselves recyclable only reinforces their conviction that they have found the right partner.
What does your collaboration with Q‑Pall look like?
Q‑Pall always wants to think along about new developments and see if we can meet our customers’ demands. Because of the direct contact, they respond very quickly, and our customers have certainly noticed that.
In which situations has Q‑Pall truly proven to be #yourbestpal?
At Q‑Pall, they are always ready to revise and adjust the schedule where possible to help the customers. Recently, they had a technical issue and searched for a solution until our customer was satisfied and could still be delivered on time. Moving molds from one production location to another to solve the customer’s problem is not unusual for them. This also helps us reduce our CO₂ emissions because we produce the pallets where they are most in demand.
What do you value most about Q‑Pall products?
Stable quality, produced from 100% recycled material (and also recyclable), large stock, quick response time, good communication, always willing to think along. What’s not to like?
Which Q‑Pall pallet do you use most often – and why?
The most commonly used pallet sizes are 800×1200 mm and 1000×1200 mm, in light, medium, and heavy versions. But know that we can offer about ten different pallet sizes in total. Our customers highly value sustainability and are therefore pleased that our pallets can be perfectly recycled at the end of their lifecycle.
How does Q‑Pall help you surprise or further assist customers?
Good and stable quality is very important. In addition, most items are always in stock, and changes in production planning are always negotiable. This improves our flexibility towards our customers.
What do you expect from the market in the coming years?
Because we offer both wooden and plastic pallets, we have several alternatives for our customers. This product mix will become very important in the coming years. We operate in a very volatile market and respond quickly by entering into the right partnerships.
