Q-Pall is growing, and that demands people who know the profession inside out. That is why we are proud to welcome Vally Hoogland as our new Project Sales & Technology Manager.
Vally is no stranger to the world of plastic pallets and plastics processing. After more than ten years as Technical Operations Manager at AVK Plastics, he knows exactly how pallets are designed, produced, and deployed in the supply chain. From injection molding technology to customer-specific solutions, Vally has experienced it all firsthand.
"He has known how our pallets are made for years. Now, he is helping to build how we sell them."
From technology to market
With a background in mechanical engineering and years of experience in product development and technical operations, Vally bridges the gap between what customers need and what Q-Pall builds. In his new role, he supports colleagues and our European sales network in matching the right plastic pallet to the right application. Whether it involves recyclable pallets for the food industry, hygienic applications in the pharmaceutical sector, or robust industrial pallets for heavy logistics.
What sets Vally apart? He understands both the technology behind the pallet and the commercial dynamics of the market. A combination that we can put to excellent use at Q-Pall.
Sustainable and local — a shared conviction
Like Q-Pall, Vally believes in the power of local production and circular materials. Our pallets are manufactured from 100% recycled HDPE and are fully recyclable at the end of their lifecycle. Short supply chains, less CO₂, more control—that is the philosophy. And Vally carries that conviction from day one.
We are thrilled to have you on board, Vally. #YourBestPal — welcome to the team.
